Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senators Donley, Taylor, Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and they were required to vote. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Mackie, Miller, Parnell, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Ward, Wilken and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 234(JUD) An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Governors of the Alaska Bar Association. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
